Jake Queener
Jake graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Finance and an emphasis in Insurance. He began his insurance career as a Shelter agent in 2004. After 8 years, Jake recognized the value of choices and he parted ways in order to be an Independent Agent.
In 2012 Jake joined Sam Neill Insurance. He welcomed many of his past clients as well as new ones. By 2017 Jake had grown his client base and was ready to branch out to his own location. Together, Sam and Jake expanded to two office locations having both Sam Neill Insurance and Queener Insurance.
Gary Roberts
In October of 2018, Gary Roberts joined Queener Insurance as an Independent Insurance Agent and Producer. Gary is grateful for the client relationships that he made over the past 25 years while at Lakeway Auto and as a Realtor. As Gary looked for opportunities to better serve his real estate clients, the insurance industry just made sense. He will maintain his position as a Realtor with Weichert Realty-Tiger Real Estate and continue to assist families with purchasing their dream homes.
As an independent agent, Gary represents multiple insurance companies allowing him to offer his clients good insurance coverage at a fair price. Gary is eager to assist his clients with packaging their home, auto, boat, and ATV or RV insurance as well as business insurance. He is excited to join Queener Insurance in offering this value to all of his Lakeway Auto and Weichert Realty-Tiger Real Estate clients; past, present and future.

Lisa Roberts
Lisa joined Sam Neill Insurance in 2013 and transitioned to Queener Insurance along with Jake in 2017. She has many years of customer service experience. Lisa is the front line of our agency and anchors our customer service and day to day operations.
As a Morristown, TN native, Lisa attended Morristown West High School where she played softball. She and her husband enjoy camping, motorcycle rides, and spending time with family.
